Tradition Development LLC is a Minnesota company established in 1999. Tradition Development was established as a “sister” company of century-old Enebak Construction, Northfield Minnesota one of the respected and experienced excavation contractors in the Upper Mid-West.

The conceptual advantage launching Tradition Development was to capture and enhance the dramatic growth of Enebak and fully utilize the capabilities that industry innovation offered. Tradition Development specializes in all phases of successful completion of land projects from site location, acquisition through construction and finance.
