Jake Enebak, President and CEO

Founder and "hands-on" chief officer of Tradition Development with over a decade of construction, excavation and land development experience. Prior to founding Tradition Development, Jake held project management positions with Graham Development and managed major residential developments in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area from the approval process through final construction.

Rob Wachholz, Manager

Rob has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate financing with Norwest Bank (Wells Fargo Bank). Rob's extensive knowledge and experience in this field of real estate development provides an industry acknowledged expertise and leadership for Tradition Development.

Dean Nelson, Project Manager

Dean brings over 17 years of industry knowledge and experience in residential development and construction. Dean’s record of success in defining business strategies and developing alternative solutions to ever-changing market conditions helps Tradition Development successfully plan and develop current and future land holdings.

Neal Blanchett, Project Manager 

Neal is a native of LeSueur, Minnesota.  He graduated from St. John’s University and served four years in the Marine Corps.  Following that he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and practiced real estate and land use law for six years at the firm of Larkin Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, representing landowners, developers, and government entities in all phases of planning and development.  At Tradition he has managed construction of community facilities and the environmental review, government approval, and construction of raw land development projects. 

Jacob Fick, Project Manager

Kris Kilgard, Marketing Director

Kris plans and executes all marketing plans for Tradition Development projects.  He graduated from St. John’s University and then managed Senior PGA Tour events for seven years before joining the Tradition team.

Rob St.Sauver

Rob has over 17 years of experience in Agronomy and Horticulture. He possesses extensive knowledge of golf course construction, excavation and land development.  He provides Tradition Development with site management from start to finish.

 

Jessica Songetay, Assistant Project Manager

Jessica joined Tradition Companies 3 years ago and just recently focused specifically on Tradition Development. Her primary role is working on the building construction projects. She also assists the Project Managers with contractors and the land acquisition process.

 

Mike Scott, Director of Information Technology

Mike develops, installs and maintains all computer, network and phone systems at Tradition Companies. He has degrees in Computer Science and Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Before joining the Tradition Team in 2003, Mike was a Senior Systems Support Specialist at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Duluth.

 

Tara Klammer, Controller

Tara is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in real estate accounting and taxation. She brings these skills to Tradition Development through the course of assisting with financing, acquistion and sale transactions.

 

Lee West, Controller

After completeing his MBA in Accounting at University of St. Thomas, Lee worked for a top regional accounting firm before joining Tradition Companies in 2001. In addition to his accounting duties with the Development companies, he serves as controller for Tradition Mortgage and Tradition Golf.
