Crescent Ponds

Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Tradition Development is developing the Crescent Ponds neighborhood in cooperation with two of Minnesota’s largest home builders, Pulte Homes and Centex Homes. Crescent Ponds straddles the Blaine/Coon Rapids border at University Avenue and Main Street, within easy walking distance to Blaine High School across the street to the north, Roosevelt Middle School to the east, and Bunker Hills Regional Park. Formerly a 160-acre farm, Crescent Ponds is being reshaped into 300 homesites lining an interconnected chain of ponds. 135 homesites border on the ponds, including three peninsula cul-de-sacs out into the ponds. Many more homesites are next to existing or planned ponds on adjacent property. Crescent Ponds includes a sidewalk and trail network connecting to Happy Acres Park, a large City of Blaine park. The majority of homesites are walkout, with lookout and other options available. Crescent Ponds is entirely single-family homes, with a variety of lot and home sizes for families and homeowners at any stage of life. Homes are available for sale now in completed areas.
